1957 Willys Wagon
Offered for sale is my 1957 Willys Jeep Wagon, a solid, well-sorted example that has been in my family for approximately 30 years. I completed a comprehensive restoration during the pandemic, but due to living out of the country, I simply don’t have the time to enjoy it.
This Wagon retains its original drivetrain, and the engine runs strong, smooth, and exactly as it should. The vehicle is solid and drives well. Recent work includes brand-new tires installed last week and a rebuild of the original radiator.
The interior has been fully refreshed with new wood paneling, wood floor slats, and a flannel headliner. All rubber and glass are new. The seats are not original but are brand-new black leather fold-forward seats, which fit the vehicle well and are comfortable and practical. A previous owner added auxiliary gauges decades ago; these have recently been replaced with new units.
The original factory mirrors are included. I chose not to install them yet in case the next owner prefers a sleeker or custom mirror setup.
This Wagon is approximately a 95% restoration. Remaining items are minor: it will need a heater motor and wiper motor to be fully complete.
Overall, this is a clean, solid, running Willys Wagon with its originality largely intact and only small finishing touches remaining. It is not a project and can be driven and enjoyed as-is. Selling only because I spend most of my time outside the country.
