1946 Willys CJ-2A Restoration Project

This Early civilian Willys CJ-2A restoration project was actively underway by the prior owner until his passing this past year. The project was approached methodically, with an emphasis on completeness, correct parts, and long-term restoration rather than resale. Title in hand.
BODY & CHASSIS
New steel body tub with Willys stampings, purchased by the prior owner in the early 2000s (per project documentation)
Body professionally painted and stored for approximately 15–20 years by current owner
Includes fenders, grille, windshield frame, and related body panels
Rolling chassis with axles and suspension in place
Complete body bolt hardware set included
ENGINE
Correct Willys L-134 “Go Devil” flathead 4-cylinder engine
Original Willys-marked cylinder head
Engine is not currently running and is being sold as a rebuildable core
Historical receipts include engine overhaul work performed in 2002

TRANSMISSION & DRIVETRAIN
