Own a piece of off-road history with this 1964 Kaiser Willys CJ-3B, a well-maintained, high-hood, flat-fender Jeep with ~39,7XX miles. Last US-made CJ-3B year; only 20,462 built. This is VIN# 57348-117340, 137th off the new year model line in August 1963.

This is not a pampered showpiece. Originally belonged to a Dallas judge and spent its first 35 years as a working ranch vehicle. I am the second owner and have had it since 1999, used it on our hunting leases and for Home Depot runs. Street-legal with a transferable title, running original 1964 Texas plates, inspected, and insured.

Specs & Features:
• Original Engine & Drivetrain: Original F134 4-cylinder (~39,7XX miles), starts and runs strong. T90 3-speed manual, 4WD with Dana 18 transfer case, Dana 44 rear, Dana 30 front, Warn hub lockouts, 4.27:1 axles, the crawl ratio in 1st gear low range is ultra-slow.
• Upgrades: Alternator (replaced the generator), Pertronix electronic ignition (replaced the points & condenser), replaced the Solex aftermarket carb it came to me with the OEM Carter YF-938-SD carb. Rancho springs/shocks (1” lift), Firestone MT 235/75 R15 tires on OEM wheels (left-side reverse-threaded lugs).
• Extras: Full-size spare mounted on passenger rear quarter. Flat tow bar with brake/turn signal wiring. Padded roll bar, heavy-duty shackle points, Hi-Lift jack, Bestop bikini top, has the OEM optional heater and vacuum windshield wiper.
Body & Interior:
• Now OD green from the UT Orange that it was when I got it. Original seats are in good shape. Speedometer and aftermarket gauges (oil, temp, voltage, tach) all work; the dash fuel & temp gauges do not. Herculiner sealed the tub. Back in the day someone reinforced/replaced tailgate/bed with 3/8” plate, the hood has an angle iron support, has a minor rust spot on passenger kick panel.
